At Neill® Quality College (NQC), we brought together some of the most respected voices in beauty and business inside of Neill & beyond. What Is Neill Quality College?
Neill® Quality College (NQC) is an annual event hosted by Neill® that brings together salon owners, managers, and industry leaders for three days of focused learning, growth, and inspiration. It’s designed to help salon professionals work on their business, not just in it.
Through keynote talks, hands-on workshops, and peer-to-peer collaboration, attendees leave with practical tools and strategies to lead high-performing teams, manage finances more effectively, and build a thriving salon culture.

In Andi Eaton Alleman’s session, we turned inward: What do you want to be known for? What will your salon leave behind?
She challenged attendees to define their salon essence and write a personal legacy statement.
