Neill
Alberto Swanson has spent over two decades with Aveda, beginning his journey at the Aveda Experience Centers before moving behind the chair at Van Michael. During his 11 years as Education Lead and Senior Colorist at Van Michael Miami, he worked with designer labels and celebrity clientele. He co-created Aveda’s global Beyond Balayage curriculum, developed Balayage Unlimited, and is the creator of Alchemy of Hair Color. He also contributed to the development of the Next Gen Full Spectrum Permanent and Demi-Permanent Hair Color. Currently, he serves as the Executive Director of Education and Hair Color Sales for Neill and was selected to join the Aveda North American Artistic Team for hair color.
