Most recently, the Austin American Statesman named Ruiz Salons one of the Top 50 Best Work Places in the small business category. Heath has developed a core management system built upon strategic planning and fundamental systems development. He assists business owners in all facets of development and company growth. An active industry coach and consultant, Heath has been a presenter at Serious Business® and an instructor for the Aveda Business College.
