Carrie Perkins

Carrie has more than 25 years of experience as a leadership trainer and coach and her knowledge, passion and “get-it-done” approach have contributed greatly to the success of Qnity’s customers and clients. Carrie began her career as an esthetician and quickly rose into leadership roles. She became co-owner and CEO of a spa salon with four locations and 200 team members, a position she held for 14 years before joining Qnity in 2017. Since joining the Qnity team, Carrie has worked intimately as a coach and educator to salons and spas across the country to create transformation in the areas of leadership, engagement, growth and execution. In addition to working with key accounts to implement the Qnity methodology, Carrie also runs the Qnity Trainer Certification program- certifying over 20 new Qnity educators in 2018 alone. Carrie’s passion for people, education and making a difference in the lives of others is boundless. She loves helping leaders and their teams experience higher profits, exceptional culture and a competitive edge.
