Salon owners, like all small business owners, must remember to spend time “sharpening” their plan before they spend too much time chopping away at the day-to-day tasks. A clearly articulated business strategy is essential to being able to prioritize, build consensus, make decisions, and assess progress toward your goals.
You will be exposed to the 5 functions of a business and discern strategies to focus your business towards your goals.
Who: New salons that have been in business for less than 5 years, salon owners plus their business partner or manager. Limited to two people per salon.
What and How: Learn to articulate your Vision, Mission and Values, discern your sustainable competitive advantage, understand the five functions of the salon business, write strategies with measurable outcomes to create focus and growth, network with and learn from other salon owners, create a strategic blueprint for your business that you can use year after year.
