Prudence Gruss

Since 1986, Prudence has worked in hair color education, sales, product testing and management as it relates to teams and distributors at a grassroots level. Since 2000, she has worked intimately with stylists, introducing and igniting passion and creativity for Aveda Hair Color. Prudence taught with Yugi Okawa in Asia in 2006. At shows, she has assisted industry leaders including David Adams, Frank Rizieri, DJ Freed, Ana Karzis, Gina Derry, Ian Michael Black, Vivian McKinder and Tom Dispenza. Currently, Prudence is a Regional Hair Color Educator with Neill in Hammond, Louisiana, where she grows a team of strong, talented and independent hair color educators.
