Erica Adam

Erica is a Franklin Covey®-certified trainer and 4MAT® curriculum designer who is committed to creating education programs that focus on both professional and personal development. She began her Aveda career in 2002 as a retail advisor. There, she delivered exceptional guest service and drove salon growth, thanks to her passion for continuing education and experience in retail sales. In 2008, Erica joined Aveda Global Education in Blaine, Minnesota, where she currently oversees the Aveda Business College and Field Development training. Her programs include My Aveda, Currency of Customer Service and Only at Aveda. These programs have changed the way we look at service and team engagement.
